As it says on the home page, It’s My Game is all about putting the ‘F’ word (fun) back into kids football.

We have some ideas regarding how to do that but we’d welcome your ideas too!

Here is a little trio of videos about the problem with youth soccer in the USA, and what to do about it. The philosophy is very similar to your own: get the adults out of the picture, and let the children play!
